If SQL Server is installed on the machine
Clean up the operating system registration, the residual file of the following path: hkey_current_user / Software / Microsoft / MSSQLSerRRHKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE / SOFTWARE / Microsoft / MSSQLServer
And delete the remaining files in the disk.
