First of all: Think about something you like. For this exercise, choose the same simple matter, as you can easily imagine what you get. Now keep this idea or image in your mind, in the heart, do some positive, affirmative to you (speaking or not sound, follow you). E.g:

These affirmative words, called affirmation, is a very important part of creativity, and we will discuss more detailed below.
