After copying the plug-in to PLUGINS, then restart Eclipse and find that the plugin you just copied is not found. At this time, the simplest solution is to delete the org.eclipse.Update directory under the Configuration directory, and then find the plugin after restarting Eclipse. The plugin information can be viewed by the About Eclipse Platform under the Help menu.
