Yesterday, I participated in Microsoft's Architect Summit in Beijing. I heard Dr. Chen's brief introduction to EII, I immediately thought of recently made several projects. The last class of the meeting is a case introduction and analysis of some interconnected systems. It is also very exciting. Introduction to the case and analysis of the actual project, it is my favorite, but this time, I often I am gone, the system architecture on the big screen always returns my thoughts into the actual participation project.
For more than a year, our department has obtained several large and small data integration and analysis projects in Mobile and Unicom. In addition, there are some other enterprises that have some project orders to be taken. This is not accidental. On the one hand, we have indeed unique advantages in data analysis integration, but also proved that Microsoft's view at this Architect Summit: The system of building interconnection is becoming the trend of information construction in the company.
Although we have completed all the projects, we have completed it, but if you use EII products, there are still many places that need to be improved. For example, on the entire system construction idea, we use the idea of traditional data warehouses, without consciously constructing an intermediate layer of data access, which has become an important reason for the more wide application of our program.
In some specific links in project construction, there are also many need to improve. For example, ETL, we use or pre-extracting data, in timely response capability, there is a gap between the EII system in timely development. Great, we have better accumulated in terms of metadata definitions, after all, have long-term accumulation in data processing. What we do also do is the analysis and exhibition of data. But a few more time, I have been considering introducing data mining capabilities, making our system in addition to historical data show and perspective, can help companies predict business development. This is obviously not contradictory with EII.
