The type of document is in both Word and HTML in er / studio5.5.2, where the Word format can customize the format and content of the document, and the HTML format does not provide customization, but the frame structure provided is queried by our database structure. It is very convenient.
Operation process:
1. Select Reports directly from the ToOS menu, there are two options under this submenu, respectively correspond to the Word format and HTML format;
2. Select the Word format, select the database structure information you want to display in the pop-up dialog box, which provides a very detailed information, and it will definitely satisfy the general needs, the next step is relatively simple, this is not mentioned;
3. If you select an HTML format to generate a document, in the pop-up dialog box, select some of the title information for the target directory and the document, the generated HTML document can be made into a CHM file with FAR, which is more convenient to maintain and query the database.
