1. Download and install Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition Edition emulator images for smartphone - wwe.msi.
2. Copy all files in the "C: / Program Files / Smartphone 2003 SECONE_QVGA" directory to the "C: / Program Files / Windows CEools / WCE420 / Smartphone 2003 / Emulation" directory.
3. Run "C: / Program Files / Smartphone 2003 Second Edition EMULATORS / WWE / Install_Files / Install_script.vbs"
