The first step, the premise: Download CVSNT (Server), WinCVS (client). Action: Install CVSNT.
Step 2, premise: CVSNT is installed successfully. Establish two empty directories, one is CVSROOT, one is cvstemp.
Operation: Sets CVSNT, enters Service Control Panel, select the Repositories tab, and set the cvsroot directory by starting the SERVICE Control Panel. Select the Advanced tab and select the first three options. Select the Temporary directory CVSTEMP. The CVSNT configuration is complete.
In the third step, after installing WinCVS successful. Enter admin => preferences Configure the client. Select PServer in Authentication; select the CVSROOT path (my D: / cvsroot); enter the address of the server in Host Address. Enter your username in USER NAME. OK.
Then log in and enter your password. login successful
The fourth step is to import the project first. It is configured to this CVS.

Permission issues, users who operate CVS should give certain permissions. Select the Properties to select the security tag by selecting the directory, right miles, selecting properties.
