Discovering the problem is that the MIRC requires OpenSSL support to provide an SSL connection. Library32.dll and ssleay32.dll These two DLLs need to be used by MIRC. However, MIRC did not bundle the OpenSSL auxiliary file, so if you appear an SSL error, you can choose to install Winopenssl, so that the corresponding DLL will be placed in the system path, MIRC can connect to SSL-enabled Server.
