It took a day to match twice Eclipse 3.0.1, it was finally available. IBM's Eclipse Web Tooling Platform Contribution and MyEclipse feature are found to be basically the same, but myECLIPSE is easy to use.
An error occurred while doing JSP, can't compile JSP files, check foreigners, is the JRE configuration problem. In the preference -Java-installed JRE, the editor has been equipped with a good JRE, Uncheck uses the default system library check box, and then adds the Tools.jar in the JDK to add external JAR functions.
