Speaking of data backup, you may think that there is nothing to study, not to use some software to achieve. In fact, software can help you back up data, but you may not really understand that if your backup is the best backup program, choose a good backup solution, you can save a lot of resources, don't believe it? Look. . . . . .
Fully back up all selected folders, do not rely on file archive properties to determine how to back up those files. (In the backup process, any existing tags are cleared, each file is marked as a backup, in other words, clear the archive attribute).
Difference backup Differences Backup is for full backup: all files that have changed after the last full backup. (During the differential backup, only those selected files and folders with tags are backed up. It does not clear the tag, both: After the backup is not marked as a backup file, in other words, the archive attribute is not cleared.
Incremental backup incremental backups are for the last backup (no matter which backup): After the last backup is backup, all changes have changed. (In the incremental backup, only the selected files and folders with tags are backed up, which clear tags, both: backup marker files, in other words, clear archive properties.)
Example of different backup type combinations
Fully backup and difference backups are fully backed up on Monday, and differential backups on Tuesday to Friday. If the data is destroyed on Friday, you only need to restore a complete backup of Monday and the differential backup of Thursday. This strategy backup data requires more time, but restores less time.
Fully backup and incremental backups are fully backed up on Monday, and the incremental backup is performed on Tuesday to Friday. If data is destroyed on Friday, you need to restore normal backups on Monday and all incremental backups from Tuesday to Friday. This strategy backup data requires more time, but restores less time.
