IF Your Project Is Slipping, Something IS Wrong. Don't ignore the causes and demars. Find and fix the problem.
When the progress of the project begins behind, the first strategy that the supervisor is not external is: increasing the hand, or requires the members to work overtime. It seems to be very reasonable, but it is the worst countermeasure for the disadvantage of reversing the project.
