I successfully installed the XMLBUDDY plugin (Eclipse30) in a LINK mode. If all plugins can be installed like this. FEACTURE seems to be used to manage a group of associated plug-in directories, don't know what is related to LINK. Generally installed, there is a configuration page in Windows / Preference.
