There is another situation that will appear ORA-00942: Table or View Does Not Exist

When the Oracle database occurs when installing the CatProc.sql package, this error will occur without the CATPROC.SQL package installation!

Solution: SQLPLUS SQLPLUS "/ as sysdba" then re-execute $ Oracle_Home / Rdbms / Admin / CatProc.sql script

This fixes an error of ORA-00942!
