After all, the reform of the system is time, so the young people still have to find the reason from themselves, and I think that now the software youth has the following places that need to be improved:
First, foreign language levels are generally unsatisfactory, and the basic needs of software internationalization are not met. Now we develop software outsourcing, need a large number of software talents with a certain foreign language level, in order to seize this "Dragon Loud" opportunity, but if we can't cultivate such a batch of software talents, then they can only sit down. Doing software development requires innovation, but more requires strict normative discipline, this is necessary for all large software projects.
