Intel launches 848P chipset for the improvement and cost consideration of your own product line
848P is launched as a high-end chip, in addition to only support single-channel DDR (number of memory bars is not limited), other new fully inherited 865PE advanced features: 800FSB, ICHR / R South Bridge, support SATA hard drive, CSA (Advanced Network Control Flow Architecture), "hidden" class PAT technology, etc.
