Using methods:
Icyfox-time.exe "e: /web/yuan.asp" E: /WEB/gai.asp
This will change the time of "e: /web/gai.asp" to the "E: /Web/yuan.asp" file.
Note: The first file path needs to use double quotes, the second no need
