On the other hand, many expert-level users often treat them as primary users. It seems unlikely to achieve balance between the first time the user and the needs of the older. An eternal problem for interacting design and interface design is how to use an interface to meet beginners and expert users. Some programmers and designers choose to completely abandon this idea, create an initiator model and an expert model for the software. Generally, the former is an excessive simplification and lack of horsepower. Of course, no one wants to go to the beginning of the initiator model, but from the beginning of the initiator to the expert model, it is like a trench designed to achieve the model designed from the high cliff into the design of the shark. So what is the answer? This dilemma solution is in another new understanding of the user's new concept and task. Most of the permanent secondary users are neither a novice nor an expert, they are middle users. Just like most of the population distribution, people perform an activity level tend to follow the classic bell statistical curve. For all or almost all of the requirements of knowledge and technology, if we draw a graph of the number of people in a technical level, it means that a small part of the initiator's curve is on the left, and few experts are on the right, and most of the medium users in the middle. However, statistics cannot tell us all. The bell curve is a snapshot at a moment, although most of the medium users tend to stay in the middle, novice is not always a novice. Keeping expert high levels means that experts come quickly, and novices change faster. Novice and experts tend to fall back to the medium. Although everyone spends a job as a novice, no one is maintained at this stage. People don't like unqualified, and novice definitions are unqualified. On the contrary, learning and improvement has a lot of returns, so novice will become medium, or they will give up. For example, all skiers will work for a new time, but those who find that they can quickly overcome fatches will soon abandon this sport. The rest of the people will soon leave the initiator ski on the regular slide. There are only few some expert slides that can be marked by two black.
