Firefox 1.0 official version released
Firefox 1.0 has been officially released on November 9, 2004. This is from September 23, 2002, Firefox's predecessor PHONIEX 0.1 has been released to the public, and the first official version released.

The current marketing goal of Firefox is to have more than 10% market share before the end of 2005.
For the purpose of maintaining compatibility, in the layout engine used by Firefox 1.0, it includes support for common Internet Explorer dedicated extension features such as Document.all, but not completely replicates the behavior of IE.
Initially, this product is called PHONIEX, but the name is changed to Firebird on April 14, 2003 because of the reposition of the BIOS manufacturer Phoenix Technologies. This name is also a ranging from a few kinds of birds that are produced in the Americas.
Later, this product was also changed to Firefox on February 9, 2004 due to the name of the database software Firebird Database Server, and on February 9, 2004. This name is also a mammate plant produced in Asia.
