[Fault Phenomenon]
When inserting a graphic in the Word document that is editing, it is found that the inserted graphic is only displayed. No matter how adjust, you can't solve the problem. How should you handle?
[Analysis Process]
The reason for this fault may be that the document line spacing set to a fixed value is less than the height of the graph, resulting in only a part of the inserted graphics. The following method can be used:
1. First, select the graphics, click the [Paragraph] menu item in the [Format] menu, open the [Paragraph] dialog.
2. In the [Paragraph] dialog box, click the [Indentation and Spacing] tab, select [Suitable line spacing] in the [Row] box.
3. Click the [OK] button.
Tip: If the [fixed value] is selected in the [Bacout] box, you should pay attention to the value of the value in the [Set value] box to the appropriate height value.
