Run "regedit" to open "Registry Manager"; then find HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \System\currentControlset\Services\currentControlset\Services\currentControlSet@Services\cPip \Parameters by following the path below.
Right-click on the corresponding blank position of the "Parameters" sub-key, select "New" → "DWORD Value", name "Defaultttl", then right click to "Modify", modify its value in the pop-up window For "80" (hexadecimal) or 128 (decimal).
