Unable to connectsqlstate = S1000 [ORACLE] [ODBC] [ORA] ORA-12705: Invalid or Unknown NLS Parameter Value Specidied
Due to the system error 127 (Oracle In ODBC), the specified driver cannot be loaded.
1. In the directory you install Oracle 10g Instant Client, use the command column to set the NLS_LANG as follows
SET NLS_LANG = Simplified Chinese_China.zhs16GBK
Then in the ODBC Data Source Manager test link
2. Set a variable called NLS_LANG in the Windows environment variable and set the value to Simplified Chinese_China.zhs16GBK
