Symptom 1, a user account opens the RTF document with Word, there is a garbled code, and the new account problem is solved.
Symptom 2, a user account uses CAD software that cannot be used (license problems), and the problem still exists after reloading. New account, or change an account problem to solve.
Symptom 3, the local machine first access the online neighbor object (2K), enter the username password; the second access can be directly entered. However, after the target machine changes the username password, the local machine is directly entered because there is still the first visited object username password, but cannot open the file, prompt to refuse access.
