Determining your customers' third question is: "Who is my customer?" In your career, in order to survive and grow, you have to meet who needs? Of course, your first customer is your boss, which is the person who issued a payment check. The fundamental responsibility of your job is to ensure that he or her fundamental needs. Do you know what these needs?

You can define anyone who rely on your success, or you rely on anyone who has been successful. Under this definition, your colleagues and employees are also your customers. Everyone around you, or everyone helping everyone, they are your customers in a sense.

Who is the customer on your surface - the customer who uses your product? This is a key point for business success. Accurate identification of surface customers is critical to every element of the strategic plan, and their satisfaction determines your career.

What is your customer value? What special benefits are your customers get from using your product or service? What is your customer look forward to you and needs to get fully satisfied? How do your products change to improve or promote his (her) life and work?
