I and my colleagues started working on the company and personal productivity. From Bell Lab, 3M, and HP, a total of more than one thousand engineers played research partners and subjects while playing research partners and subjects. In order to understand the secret of outstanding engineers, we used the questionnaire survey, directly observe, work diary, focus team (Focus Groups), and interviews, and other methods to collect information. Is there another key factor we haven't found yet? Do we originally thought that the main factors: cognitive factors, individual factors, social factors, work and organization factors are completely unrelated to outstanding performance?
